The Bailey Center for Special Needs provides a partnership among FEAT (Families Embracing Autism Together), community members, service providers, and various other support staff who collaborate to offer a highly engaging and sensory-friendly space for participants to interact and learn in an environment that is safe and educational.
The center includes a sensory room, life skills area, and observation room, allowing staff and service providers to engage with participants in areas that promote active learning, free play, and self-expression. These skills foster independence and growth opportunities for participants, helping them gain valuable life skills. The center offers training sessions for educators, parents, and caregivers, and hosts summer camps and support programs for those participating in the program. The Bailey Center provides a variety of opportunities for individuals with disabilities, as well as numerous resources and opportunities for caregivers and educators.
