Buddy Ball is a non-competitive sports program for individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. It allows them to play sports regardless of their disabilities, teaches teamwork, and promotes self-esteem, physical fitness, and social skills. This is a free opportunity for children to learn to participate in and enjoy sports and recreational activities. We utilize volunteer “buddies” to assist the athletes while teaching the fundamentals of the games.

LINCS (Learning in Networks of Community Support), established by FEAT promotes and assists with collaboration and partnerships among businesses, families, and support
services in order to bring meaningful career opportunities within the community to those individuals with disabilities.
In order to meet this goal, FEAT collaborates with local businesses to ensure proper training, support, and supervision is provided to all participants.
BEYOND is designed to support teens and young adults as they prepare for life after high school. Participants will have the opportunity to explore:
✅ Life Skills for everyday independence
✅ Professional Development & Workplace Readiness
✅ Community Engagement & Volunteer Exploration
✅ Career Discovery with hands-on learning
